Ms. Gross Named Kentucky Teacher Achievement Award Winner and Finalist for 2026 Kentucky Teacher of the Year
We are proud to share that Ms. Gross has been selected as a recipient of the prestigious Kentucky Teacher Achievement Award and is a finalist for the 2026 Kentucky Teacher of the Year!
This year, the competition saw an impressive 753 applicants from across the state, highlighting the incredible talent and dedication of Kentuckyโs educators. Ms. Gross will be honored alongside eight other outstanding teachers during a special ceremony on October 7th in Frankfort, where the winners of the elementary, middle, and high school divisions will be announced.
From these three division winners, one exceptional educator will be named the 2026 Kentucky Teacher of the Year and will go on to represent Kentucky in the National Teacher of the Year competition.
